Teri Hatcher is an American actor and writer who has an estimated net worth 50 million dollars. Terri Hatcher is best known for playing Susan Mayer on the ABC comedy-drama "Desperate Housewives" (2004-2012) and Lois Lane on the ABC superhero series "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993-1997).Teri started her start in the entertainment business as an athlete for the San Francisco 49ers in 1984 when she was offered a role in the show "The Love Boat" in 1985, where she played Amy the Love Boat Mermaid on 19 episodes. Teri made her debut on film in the 1989 film "The Big Picture" and has over 50 acting credits to her credit which include the films "Soapdish" (1991), "Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997) as well as "Spy Kids" (2001) and the television show "MacGyver" (1986-1990), "Seinfeld" (1993-1998), "The Odd Couple" (2016-2017) and "Supergirl" (2017). Hatcher published her memoir, "Burnt Toast: And Other Philosophy of Life" in 2006. Following her graduation in 1982 Hatcher pursued a degree in engineering and math at De Anza College and took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater.
