Danielle Colby, born December 3rd, 1975, is an American reality TV personality. She was raised as Jehovah's Witness and was brought up in Davenport. She was married to Robert Strong, an Englishman, and had two children. Her television career ultimately led to the breakup of her union. WQAD-TV said Colby's "fame" and "notoriety were not easy things for him to handle and his relationship didn't work out. She was living in Chicago with her family when she went to a burlesque show starring Margaret Cho and Satan's Angel. This inspired her to have the desire to be an expert in burlesque dancing when she returned with her family to the Quad Cities area in Iowa In October 14, 2014, Colby owned a burlesque academy called Dannie Diesel's Bump 'n' Grind Academy in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.
