Teryl Rothery is a Canadian actress on stage TV, film, and stage. Janet Fraiser is her most popular character in Stargate SG-1. She starred in Cedar Cove as Grace Sherman and has been in major roles on Nancy Drew as Celia Hudson and Jean Loring in Arrow. Rothery has been featured in a variety of TV films. She was nominated in 2006-2007 for the Jessie Richardson Theatre Award in the category "Outstanding performance of an actress in a a Supporting role for a Small Theatre" She was nominated in 2008 for a Leo Award in the category "Best Performance by a Female Actress in the Short Drama" for her performance in Coffee Diva. Rothery began dancing lessons at the age 9 and considered that to be the start of her performance career. When she was 13, she performed in Bye Bye Birdie, and at the age of 18, she was on television with a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation special for Halloween.
