Kenneth Arnold Chesney (born March 26, 1968) is an American country music singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Chesney has released more than 20 albums, and more than 40 Top 10 singles in the US Billboard Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. 32 of these reached number one. Many of these have also charted in the Top 40 of the US Billboard Hot 100 which makes him one of the most successful cross-country artists. He has sold over 30 million albums all over the globe. He has been the recipient of 12 Country Music Association Awards, including their top Entertainer of the year honor four times. There have been eleven Academy of Country Music Awards, including four consecutive Entertainer of the year awards from 2005 through 2008. Six Grammy Award nominations. He is one of the most well-known touring artists in country music, regularly selling out the venues which they performs.His 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour was the most successful country road trip of 2007.
