Kenneth Arnold Chesney (born March 26 1968) is an American country music musician, songwriter, and guitarist. He has released over 20 albums and over 40 Top 10 singles in the US Billboard Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. 32 of these reached number one. A number of his tracks have reached the Top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. This makes him one of the most popular country crossover artists. He has sold over 30 million albums around the world. He's been honored with twelve Country Music Association Awards, including their most coveted Entertainer of the year honor four times. In addition, there have been eleven Academy of Country Music Awards, including four consecutive Entertainer of the year awards from 2005 to the year 2008. Six Grammy Award nominations. He is among the most popular touring acts in country music, regularly selling out the venues in which the band performs.His 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour was the most successful country road trip of the year.
