Kaya Rose Scodelario Davis (nee Humphrey) is an English actress from England. She is well-known for her roles in Effy Stonem's E4 drama Skins (2007-2010 and 2013) and also Teresa in the Maze Runner movie series (2014-2018). Catherine Earnshaw is also featured in Andrea Arnold's Wuthering Heights (2011). Carina Smyth has a role in Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017). Carole Ann Boone is the lead in Extremely Wicked Shockingly Evil & Vile (2019), Haley Keller appears in Crawl (2019), Katarina Bak in Spinning Out (2020), and Claire Redfield stars in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoonville (2021). Scodelario, who was 14 years was 14 years old. She was rejected in auditions due to the belief that she was not old enough. However, the producer convinced her to stay and suggested she read for the role. While Scodelario wasn't given much speaking time during the first series, she developed her character significantly during the second season.
