Radric Delantic, born February 12 in 1980, is an American rapper from the United States. He is also known as Gucci Mane. Along with his fellow Atlanta rappers T.I., he helped to create hip hop subgenres of trap music. Particularly, Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane during the 2000s. Gucci Mane made his debut in 2005 with Trap House. His second album Hard to Kill followed in 2006. In 2007, Gucci Mane released his third studio album, Back to the Trap House. Following a string of commercially as well as critically acclaimed mixtapes, Gucci Mane's fourth studio album, The state vs. Radric was released in 2007. It was his first album to be certified gold. Following time spent in prison between 2014 between 2014 and 2016, he came back with a number of new retail releases which included Everybody Looking (2016), which was praised by critics. Gucci Mane's 2016 collaboration with Rae Sremmurd was titled "Black Beatles". It was his first top ten single on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts.
