Brock Edward Lesnar (/'lezn@r/ LEHZ-nur; born July 12 1977) is an American-Canadian professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist (MMA), amateur wrestler, and professional American footballer with the American as well as Canadian citizenship. According to WWE's official storyline, Lesnar is a free agent which allows him to appear on both Raw as well as SmackDown. Lesnar is the only person to have won all the main heavyweight championships of WWE, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW),and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).Lesnar competed in collegiate wrestling for the University of Minnesota, winning the NCAA Division I national championship in 2000. He soon became a member of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later renamed WWE in 2002) before rising to fame in 2002 after winning the WWE Championship at age 25 which set the record for the youngest wrestler to win the title.
