Ashley Michelle Tisdale was born July 2nd on the 2nd of July, 1985. She is an American actor and singer. As a child she was in more than 100 commercials and played minor roles in theatre and television. Maddie Fitzpatrick, a Disney Channel sitcom for teens known as The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (1905-2008) was her first major success. This was amplified when she played Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical film series (2006-2008). After the success of the film series, Tisdale signed with Warner Bros. Records. She then released her debut album as a studio artist, Headstrong (2007). This was a commercial success and was awarded a gold certificate by the Recording Industry Association of America. Tisdale played the voice role of Candace Flynn in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas & Ferb (2007-2015).Tisdale's second studio album, Guilty Pleasure (2009), was released to less commercial success than its predecessor. After the album's release Tisdale quit working with Warner Bros. Records. During this time she appeared in films and returning to television with shows such as Hellcats (2010).
